This course equips new law enforcement supervisors with the essential skills to lead effectively by building trust, making sound decisions, and managing responsibilities efficiently. It emphasizes clear communication, active listening, and conflict resolution to strengthen team cohesion and professionalism. Supervisors will also learn to evaluate performance, uphold ethical standards, ensure legal and policy compliance, and understand their role in administrative investigations.
