Lee has over three decades experience in public safety, leadership and instruction. His passion is building culture, leading organizations through challenges and creating positive change. Before joining Eckberg Lammers, Lee was the public safety director and police chief for the City of Woodbury, MN. Prior to that, he worked 18 years as a police officer and patrol sergeant. Throughout his career, Lee has taught classes and developed curriculum for the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and has consulted and instructed on numerous topics including coaching, emerging leadership, implicit bias and management and supervision.

Dr. Shawn Moore is a former Police Officer for Brooklyn Center Police Department. He has 20 years of professional experience in the field of Cultural Competency, Conflict Resolution, and Community Engagement. This has included, working as a community liaison in the Moundsview School District, a community and cultural coordinator for North St. Paul School District, Coordinating the Scholars Program at Century College, and Director of community engagement and service learning at Bethel University, and Metro State University. He has taught in this field as an adjunct professor, senior Mall of America training officer, and community-training liaison. Shawn is currently a Volunteer State Mediator for Hennepin County. Throughout all of his work experience he has been tasked with the responsibility to teach and conduct cross-cultural, conflict resolution, and community engagement workshops and trainings. He also gained experience from his time living abroad which included living in Guam for 4 years. Also, Shawn spent significant time in Japan, Korea, China, the Philippines, Australia, and South Africa.

Chief Brian Mueller has been the Chief of Police for the City of Stillwater since January 2021. He began his law enforcement career in 1998 with the White Bear Lake Police Department. Shortly after he accepted a position with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office. Chief Mueller has spent a large part of his 25-year career working in narcotics, investigations and SWAT. In 2017 Brian was appointed by Sheriff Dan Starry to Chief Deputy, overseeing all Sheriff’s Office Operations. Chief Mueller graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a BA in Criminal Justice, minor in Business Administration and an MA in Police Leadership and Education. He is also a graduate of the 86th Session of the Senior Management Institute for Police hosted by the Police Executive Research Forum. Chief Mueller serves on the Executive Board of the Minnesota Chiefs of Police Association as well as the Board of Directors for Canvas Health and United Way of Washington County East Chief Mueller has been appointed to the Minnesota Sentencing Guidelines Commission as the Law Enforcement Representative in 2023. He is the Past-President of the Special Operations Training Association of Minnesota (SOTA), Past-Treasurer for the Lakes Center for Youth and Family in Forest Lake and Past-Chair of the Minnesota Violent Crime Coordinating Council (VCCC). Chief Mueller lives in Stillwater with his wife Lori and 5 children.

Eric Werner is a nationally respected law enforcement executive with nearly four decades in policing, leadership and organizational development, and public safety. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for leading high-performing organizations through strategic change while strengthening community trust, developing future leaders, and fostering cultures of excellence, professionalism, and accountability. As chief of police, Eric leads one of Minnesota's well-respected law enforcement agencies, where he has served for more than a decade. His leadership philosophy emphasizes community partnerships, proactive policing, organizational excellence, and values-based decision-making. He is recognized for creating healthy workplace cultures, developing leadership at every level of an organization, and guiding agencies through growth and change while maintaining exceptional service to the community. Beyond his agency leadership, Eric has made significant contributions to the law enforcement profession at the local, state, and national levels. He is a past president of the Minnesota Chiefs of Police Association (MCPA), serves on the Minnesota Chiefs of Police Foundation, represents Minnesota on the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) State Associations of Chiefs of Police Executive Committee, and serves on the Hennepin County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council. Eric is also a past president of the Hennepin County Chiefs of Police Association. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Eric enjoys spending time with his extended family in greater Minnesota, participating in outdoor activities, and volunteering in his community.
