This eight-hour, hands-on course provides a deep dive into the knowledge, techniques, and skills communications professionals need to successfully manage reputational crises. Through real-world examples, case studies, and role-playing exercises, attendees will develop a working understanding of principles, strategies, and tactics. The course culminates with mock interviews and a high-stakes news conference.
